Jacqueline Edge

Jacqueline Edge is one of Christian Academy’s fourth-grade teachers. She is passionate about creating a classroom where students feel loved, encouraged, and challenged to grow academically, personally, and spiritually.

Mrs. Edge is a graduate of Coastal Carolina University and holds a Master of Arts in Elementary Education from Liberty University. While currently teaching fourth grade, she has also taught fifth, third, and first grades, giving her a broad range of experience across the elementary years.

Mrs. Edge and her husband, Scotty, have been married for 23 years and are blessed with three children: Joshua, Alexis, and Jacob. Joshua and Alexis are currently in college, while Jacob is a high school student at Christian Academy. Their family also includes three miniature dachshunds and three cats, who are very much a part of the family!

One of the things Mrs. Edge loves most about Christian Academy is being a part of a community that genuinely loves, cares for, and prays for its students and their families as well as the faculty and staff. She considers it a privilege to teach in an environment where faith is an integral part of the educational experience.

Mrs. Edge's favorite Bible passage is Colossians 3:23–24: “Whatever you do, work at it with all your heart, as working for the Lord.” This passage is a meaningful reminder to her to approach both teaching and life with a heart of service, purpose, and excellence.
