Mr. Patrick Beaudine
Mr. Patrick Beaudine graduated with honors from the University of Notre Dame in 1986 with a bachelor’s degree in finance. During his career in sales and management, he received God’s call and put his faith in Jesus Christ, subsequently returning to Chicago in 1995 where he earned a master’s degree in biblical studies at Moody Bible Institute. During those years, he also served as a youth pastor and leader at Inner City Impact and Good News Bible Church. From there, he moved on to deeper studies at Dallas Theological Seminary and graduated in 2000 with a master’s degree in theology, Academic Ministries. God then called him to Colorado to begin his journey serving in Christian education. There he taught for sixteen years, six at Vail Christian Academy as a middle school teacher. In the middle school, he taught Bible, Logic, US History, World History, and Geography, as well as serving two years as an athletic director. For ten years, he worked at Vail Christian High School, teaching courses that included Bible, Language Arts, AP Human Geography, AP World History, and AP US History. His students have always excelled. In addition to teaching at VCHS, he served two years as an assistant principal and fifteen years coaching basketball, including three as a football coach. During this time, he also earned a master’s degree in education with a concentration in Educational Leadership from Concordia University Portland. He is passionate about Christian education and its unique ability to develop students spiritually and academically, while calling them to reach their fullest potential in Christ. From 2016-2019 he served as the head of school at Mitchell Road Christian Academy in Greenville, SC, where he increased enrollment 29% and significantly improved student achievement and teacher compensation. In subsequent years, he served as head of school at Lake Norman Christian School in Huntersville, NC, and as a middle school principal at Rocky Bayou Christian School in Niceville, FL. Wherever he goes, he is a catalyst for positive change. In his spare time, he enjoys spending time with family and friends, serving in various capacities at church, working out, reading, playing and watching live music, going to the beach, trying new restaurants, and enjoying a fresh cup of strong coffee.
