Abigail Fulford

Abigail Fulford is one of our upper school science teachers.

Mrs. Fulford received her bachelor's degree in Zoo and Wildlife Biology from Liberty University in December 2023. Because she loves teaching others, during college she was a TA and even taught some field labs for her professors. She presented research at Liberty University, the Virginia Academy of Science, and the National Council for undergraduate research while being a co-author on a grant-winning poster. She is currently working on achieving her ACSI accreditation. This will be her 3rd year teaching at CA.

Mrs. Fulford got married in the fall of 2024 to Lawton, a 2021 CA alumni, and they have a two-year-old puppy named Duke. She loves being outside at the beach and the mountains. She also loves baking, working out, running and shopping.

One thing Abby loves about Christian Academy is the family environment among all staff, faculty, students and families.

Her favorite Bible verse is Proverbs 16:9.
